At Pageier  (“Pageier,” “we,” “our,” or “us”),while “You,” “Your,” “Yourself,” or “Merchant” refer to any individual or corporate entity, whether registered or not, including users of Pageier’s services. Our goal is to deliver outstanding service to all our users. This Refund Policy details the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our software as a service (SaaS) offering (the “Service”).

a. Refund Eligibility within 14 days
Refunds may be provided under these specific scenarios:

  • Service Unavailable: If you cannot access the Service due to a problem on our side, and we’re unable to fix it within a 14 days.
  • Persistent Technical Problems: If the Service becomes unusable due to ongoing technical issues that our support team cannot resolve despite multiple efforts.

b. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available  
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

d. Refund Approval Process
We hold the final say on all refund decisions. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

e. Canceling Your Subscription
You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings. While cancellation stops future charges, it does not entitle you to a refund for the active billing cycle.
